Jeff Peterson

Director of Assessments & Project Management

Jeff joined CSL management as Director of Assessments and Project Management in 2015.  He has more than 10 years of construction management and property assessment experience – home inspections, residential construction and remodeling, and property management.

Jeff earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Aerospace Administration from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).  While attending MTSU, Jeff was a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He is also a graduate of the Northwest Inspector Institute and currently holds a Home Inspectors License in the State of Tennessee.

Jeff is an active member of the community where he served as a member of The Salvation Army’s Advisory Board and hosted an annual toy drive golf tournament benefitting the families of Rutherford County in middle Tennessee.

As Director of Assessments for CSL Management, Jeff is responsible for the firm’s property assessment program and managing new construction and remodeling projects.

He has three children – two sons and a daughter.
