Lucy Ratterman

Director of Administration

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources and operations management, Lucy has long been familiar with the operations challenges faced by organizations of every size. During the 20 years she spent in human resources management for the healthcare industry, Lucy’s areas of responsibility ranged from HR assistant, benefits and recruitment coordinator, to HR director. In the five years prior to her position at CSL, Lucy served as operations manager for the advertising arm of the nation’s second largest long-term care company, working with directors of more than 200 facilities across the US.

As Director of Operations for CSL Management, Lucy is responsible for assisting Operations Managers and Senior Leadership of CSL with coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the work done by outside vendors at the facilities CSL manages throughout the United States and Canada.

Lucy is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi fraternity and volunteers with her community’s local museum, as well as St. Therese Catholic Church. She is also passionate about raising money for arts education in the local public school system.

Lucy and her husband Steve have three grown children – two daughters, one son – and five grandchildren.
