Operations Team Bios
Julie joined CSL as an Operations Specialist in December 2016. She is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of chapter facilities within CSL’s client portfolio. She works closely with CSL Operations Managers and Senior Leadership to ensure clients’ needs are being met with an exceptional level of service and attention.
In 2016, Julie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science. While in Tuscaloosa, she served as the undergraduate house manager of Gamma Phi Beta. With her background as house manager, she has the knowledge of what it is like to be on the inside of the chapter house and how to help the operations of the home run effectively.
In addition to being house manager, Julie also found time to join Alabama’s Division 1 Women’s Rowing Team. While on the team, she received the “Team Heart Award” thanks to her positive attitude, determination, and loyalty to her teammates. Her passion for providing support and assistance in serving others will serve as a pathway to greatness for each fraternity and sorority she assists.
Jason joined CSL Management in October of 2016. In addition to his work for Sigma Pi’s international headquarters, he brings over 15 years of experience in retail management. His customer service and fraternity and sorority life experiences give Jason a unique perspective to fulfill client needs.
As an Operations Manager, Jason works closely with headquarters leadership, local volunteers, and collegiate members to ensure daily operations run smoothly. He will also work on facility improvement projects for our clients to enhance the collegiate experience for our members throughout the East region.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he received his bachelor’s degree in 1996. As an undergraduate, he was a re-Founding Father of his Chapter and after graduation served as the advisor of the chapter for ten years.
Jason and his wife, Kristi, have three children and live in Murfreesboro, TN.
Cameo joined CSL Management as Operations Coordinator in January of 2016. She assists in the day-to-day management of chapter facilities within CSL’s client portfolio, while working closely with the CSL Operations Managers and Specialists to ensure client’s needs are being met with exceptional service and attention.
Cameo graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. At the University of Tennessee, she served as the secretary of the local PRSSA chapter, and worked as an intern at multiple local organizations where she gained experience in customer service and communications.
When out of the office, Cameo enjoys volunteering at YMCA Camp Ocoee. She is also engaged to be married later this year.
Rachael joined CSL Management in August of 2018 as an Operations Manager. She is a graduate of Indiana State University where she studied Safety Management and Human Resources. While attending ISU she was an active member of Delta Gamma - Gamma Omicron. Prior to joining CSL, Rachael served as a Safety Manager for three years in the field of construction within the Fishers, IN area. In this role, she worked closely with management and subcontractors to ensure projects were completed safely and in a timely manner. This experience has enabled Rachael to bring an awareness and sensitivity to our team that pays particular attention to maintenance efficiencies and the safety of our clients, partners, and facilities we support.
Krista joined CSL Management in February of 2017 as an Operations Specialist.
Krista is graduate of both the University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University where she studied Education. She joined the Kappa Omega chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi as an alumni initiate and advised the chapter at UK. Her professional career included teaching and educational administration in K-12 and higher education. Having spent her entire career working with and for students, she brings an incredible understanding of the ever-changing needs of collegiate members. This experience and understanding of student needs enables her to help our clients provide the best experience possible within the homes she supports.
Taft Sibley joined CSL's team as an Operations Manager on July 1st, of 2015. His background includes careers in sales and management, most recently working as a project manager within the landscaping industry. Through his experiences, managerial roles and project management, Taft has gained an extensive knowledge of construction pricing, timeline management, coordination of subcontractors and other trades, and best communication practices to ensure projects and issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
Taft graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. While in Knoxville, he served as chapter president of his fraternity Sigma Chi. As chapter president, Taft played a key role in a multimillion-dollar house renovation, as well as effectively retiring more than $60,000 of chapter debt.
Active in his community, Taft serves as a board member of the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy, an organization dedicated to the preservation of a key watershed in the Chattanooga, TN area. He has also volunteered as an organizer of several local outdoor events, including trail-runs and adventure races. Taft has competed on the USA Freestyle kayaking team in 2009 and recently made the team again in 2015.
Christina Kinzer joined CSL Management as an Operations Specialist in October of 2014. She is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of chapter facilities within CSL’s client portfolio. She works closely with CSL Operations Managers and Senior Leadership to ensure clients’ needs are being met with an exceptional level of service and attention.
Christina pledged Zeta Tau Alpha at Middle Tennessee State University prior to transferring to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she earned a degree in Education. Prior to joining CSL she served her community for four years as an early childhood educator within the Cleveland City Schools System in Cleveland, TN.
Christina has served as secretary on the board of directors for the local chapter of Junior Auxiliary and volunteers for various programs at St. Therese Catholic Church in Cleveland, TN.
She is married, with two daughters.
Alicia joined CSL Management in February of 2016 as an Operations Manager and is responsible for working closely with clients on a national and local level. She manages day-to-day operations, coordination of maintenance and repair needs, project implementation, capital planning, food operations, and a variety of other tasks unique to Greek housing. A proud member of Phi Mu, Alicia is also a graduate of High Point University where she majored in Business Administration and minored in Marketing. From her work at Walt Disney World to other service minded opportunities she’s taken advantage of, Alicia is able to draw from her past experiences to bring the best of care and attention to our clients.
Laura joined CSL Management in 2013 as an Operations Manager and has transitioned into a new position as Office Manager in the Central Office. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Laura has degrees in both marketing and entrepreneurship. Laura’s past professional positions have made her well-qualified to fulfill her current administrative role. As Office Manager, Laura assists with day-to-day operations of our clients’ properties by working with our Operations Team to ensure that all needs are met.
She and her husband, Brice, have a son and daughter. In her community, Laura has volunteered with her local Junior Auxiliary chapter, as well as St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church.
