Scott Fussell

Director of Marketing and Education

Scott joined CSL Management as Director of Partnerships and Education in 2015, bringing extensive experience in business development and education, as well as a firm understanding of fraternity and sorority chapter housing and operations.

In this role, Scott champions CSL’s education and research initiatives, which includes the development of programming designed to maximize our constituents’ ability to provide a residential experience that is efficiently managed and developmentally enriching for undergraduates, staff, and volunteers. Additionally, he is charged with the growth of our business development objectives and strategic partnerships which support of the overall mission of the organization, our clients, and the students we ultimately serve.

Scott graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) with a BS in Education. While at MTSU, he joined Beta Theta Pi and, upon graduation, served on the Fraternity’s administrative office staff. He later enjoyed opportunities to contribute as a chapter advisor, regional director, and member of the Men of Principle development team.

An avid runner and cycling enthusiast, Scott spends much of his free time leading a local running club and serving at his family's church. He maintains an office in Fishers, Indiana where he lives with his wife, Sue, and their daughter.
