Fraternity and Sorority Housing. It’s What We Do.

Serving our Community for over 10 years.

Today, many fraternity and sorority houses face new and ever-increasing challenges. These include aging infrastructure, lack of local alumni volunteers, limited capital reserves, and competition from other housing options. These challenges require a management partner who has lived the experience and understands the needs of your membership, your local alumni, and your international organization. That partner also needs to be sensitive to the complexities that surround varying decision-making processes and are focused on our community.

CSL Management has a distinct advantage over similar management companies because of the specialized background of our team and the approach we take to managing the operations of fraternity and sorority properties. Many of our team members lived in their chapter houses during their college experience. Some served on their organization’s staff after college. Today, many continue to serve at almost every level an alumnus can support their organization, from the local house corporation to the international board of directors. You won’t find another firm with a stronger grasp of the complexities that make up fraternity and sorority housing.
