Founded in 2010, CSL Management was born out of the recognition that there are fewer volunteers and more challenges than ever in fraternity and sorority housing. The need for a company that only provided operations management support for fraternity and sorority housing was evident. At the time, few companies worked with fraternities and sororities. However, those companies did not specialize in them or understand their unique structure and needs. This lack of specialization led to a severe deterioration in the living standards within the fraternity and sorority community.  

 CSL has quickly become the most respected expert in fraternity and sorority housing through its focused effort for their clients. Whether it is taking the 3 a.m. emergency call, repairing a hole in the wall, solving a budget issue, or helping with the complexities of new construction, CSL Management has the knowledge to solve the most challenging of problems.  

 Many on CSL’s team lived in their fraternity’s chapter houses as students. They know first-hand how life-changing fraternity and sorority experiences can be. They also know how vital a chapter house can be to that experience, when available. These factors are why CSL’s Vision Statement states, “that all college students are given the opportunity to have a positive, safe and life-changing fraternity or sorority housing experience.”   

From its beginning in 2010, CSL has grown to serve fraternity and sorority properties on over 150 campuses across North America. We have completed over $175,000,000 in renovations and new builds and assessed over 2,500,000 square feet of fraternity and sorority housing. We have also provided educational programming for thousands of volunteers, staff, and house directors, along with consulting on hundreds of projects.
