Steve Ratterman

Founding Partner

Steve founded CSL Management after serving four years as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Fifth Point Properties, a wholly-owned subsidiary of his fraternity, Sigma Nu. Steve has over 15 years of experience in property management, most of which exclusively focuses on fraternity and sorority housing. He has extensive experience in risk management, insurance placement, and real estate acquisitions.   

As Chief Executive Officer for CSL Management, Steve is responsible for the strategic development of the company, client acquisition, and consults in the areas of real estate acquisition, project management, and operational excellence.  Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. He was a recipient of Sigma Nu’s Herman B. Wells Leadership Award. He currently serves on the Sigma Nu High Council as Vice-Regent. 

Steve also serves on the Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee Board, and the Board of Directors and Executive Committee FRMT, Ltd., a reinsurance company focused exclusively on fraternity liability insurance.

Woody Ratterman

Managing Partner

Woody joined CSL Management in 2010 as a partner and currently serves as the Managing Partner. He has more than 25 years of experience in operations consulting, risk management, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions. As Managing Partner, Woody is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and is a consultant for the firm in the areas of project management, finance, strategic issues, and operational excellence.   

Woody earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, emphasis in finance and insurance, from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). He also holds a Master of Business Administration from The Jack C. Massey School of Business at Belmont University. Woody is currently a general fraternity officer for his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi, and is assisting with chapter operations in Tennessee.
