Sigma Nu at IU - Beta Eta Chapter Returning!

Beta Eta Chapter Returning!

After five years, the Beta Eta Chapter of Sigma Nu is returning to its historic chapter house at Indiana University.

In May, when the spring semester ended and the previous tenants moved out, CSL Management began working with its local vendor partner team to improve the interior and exterior of the chapter house for the fall semester. Over the last month, since renovations began, the work that has occurred has resulted in steady progress.

Renovations include painting and re-branding the interior of the house to colors inspired by the fraternity’s traditional colors of Black, White, and Gold. The house will also receive new carpet and furnishings in the formal living room, the TV/trophy room, and the dining room. WIFI has also received an upgrade that will support 1 GB of internet bandwidth. Exterior work includes a complete refresh of the landscaping along with new letters and signage for the chapter house. It will also include repairs to the roof, exterior lighting, and a new camera system for security.

We are extremely excited to be a part of Beta Eta’s return to IU.

CSL Management is honored to support the Beta Eta House Corporation and its alumni as they work to provide a great living environment for their new brothers who will occupy the chapter home in August.
